Where are Shoot Out I and Shoot Out II??? Why call this Shoot Out III without any previous versions? Also, you misspelled Restart at the end screen.
Other than that, either of two things have happened here. You either learned Actionscript and gave it your best shot, which I give Kudos for, or you just took a tutorial and made a few changes which I think is sad. I won't make that judgement cause I don't know, so I'll just leave it at that.

That was pretty cool... kinda looks like a schnauzer with horns and wings. But overall it was pretty cool I guess. Needs more action in it though, maybe more missions or something.

First of all..... breakdancing? I thought that died with the 80's.
Nonetheless, why in the hell would you spread out your keyboard input like that... are you a fucking 8 fingered monkey?
OK, with all due respect, take this back to the drawing board. First, get someone to help you draw or create a good character. Find some different music and definitely work on an interface and a better menu system.
Sorry, but I waited 10 minutes or more on a modem to find this to be a piece of crap.

I expected something really extraordinary, but it ended up being very artsy-fartsy. Kind of like the stuff you'd get from a school project, where there's no real talent, but the teacher tells ya that "you've got something special"!
Anyways, I thought the only nice thing was the music.
